All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via standard shipping. Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Artable, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our notebooks, diaries, and office stationery products. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below:

Returns
We offer a 5-day return policy for all items purchased from Artable. To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

The item is in new, unused condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
How to Return:

Contact our customer service team at artable.enterprises@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. The return will be made in 6-8 business days.
Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund .Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the original item in good condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
